We can only accept your order once payment by PayPal has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address supplied.
Orders will be processed once full payment is received.
Refund & Returns Policy
All goods are created and packaged with great care and attention, but we understand that sometimes, you may feel you want to return or exchange an item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason you wish to return the item. We will refund the full amount of the item, provided goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the item/product is faulty or damaged. If only part of your parcel is damaged, part of the original delivery charge will be refunded with our discretion.
Goods must be returned using a trackable service, we are not responsible if they are lost in the post. Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 7 days or we may not be able to process a refund. Refunds will only be processed once items have arrived back in our possession.
Personalised and custom made products are not covered by the returns policy. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems and we will resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If you receive a confirmation email to say your goods have been posted but they do not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us asap (within 7 days) to let us know. Very rarely items can go astray in the post and unfortunately this is beyond our control. Replacements will be sent as soon as possible, once 14working days has passed since the original date of posting.
Should, in the unlikely event your order arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery where we can arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of such damage will be required. Laura Godbold Design is not responsible for any user errors whereby the the customer has entered an incorrect address.
UK Mainland 2nd Class Royal Mail – 1-5 days
Larger items – Hermes courier service – 3-5 days.
Personalised and custom orders – please allow approximately 3weeks from day of purchase to receive your item. Completion times will increase during busy times of the year.
Any orders received on a Bank Holiday or weekend will be processed on the following working day.
Pricing and payment
Online payment is through PayPal, where you can be confident your payment will be dealt with securely. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You may pay by credit card through the PayPal/Credit Cards option, or you may use an existing PayPal account.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Photos supplied are the sole responsibility of the customer and it is up to the customer to supply suitable high-resolution photographs. We will not be held responsible for poor quality photographs. Photos will be placed using our artistic discretion. Heart and circle shaped products will naturally cut out parts of the photo – it is the customers responsibility to provide photos that are suitable for the shapes. We ask the customer to bear this in mind when choosing their photos as we cannot query every photo sent.
